Do I need a VA?
If you are a professional or a small to medium size business owner and you find yourself needing more time then the working day allows. When you find yourself at the end of the day not finished with paperwork, sales calls and well you know. When you find yourself working weekend, holidays and evening and your still falling further and further behind. At this point you will know if a VA is a good option for you
My rate plan is the following: $400 per month for 20 hours, paid in advance. Higher hourly levels are available.
What if you need more hours than what I signed up for? I will work additional hours at the same rate.
Can I change the retainer hours each month? My minimum is 20 hours a month. If you have 40 hours and month and would like to decrease your monthly level - sure.
What if I just need project work done?

Spread the Word
We'll give you a referral fee. For every referral you make that signs a retainer agreement with VAoffice, LLC. we’ll send you $50! Whether they are an entrepreneur, small business, association, or medium-size company, if they are overloaded or understaffed, tell them that VAOffice can help!
How can I have my free web site designed when you are in another city or state?
Just a phone call starts the process and the rest is easy. E-Mail the content you would like, photos, and logo and we'll put the temporary site up for you to see and approve. Don;t have stock photos? We have thousands of royalty free images to help your web site image. We'll continue to adjust the site until your happy. Once your satisfied, we'll transfer the files to the server for all to see.
Part of our agreement is that you and the company that you own or work for stays in good business standing. VAOffice does quarterly BBB searches to make sure the client we have stay in good standing with the public. If VAOffice finds out that a company has numerous complaints against it, we will terminate your web site from the web. |

What are your office hours?
We are open 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Monday through Friday. Other hours are available by appointment - emergency services for current customers only.
What types of payment do you accept?
You may pay by cash, check, money order or via PayPal. First projects for any client and all virtual assistant projects over $199 require a 50% deposit.
Do you pick up and deliver work?
Yes, if you are a local customer. We pick up in a 20 mile radius.
How long have you been in business?
I started VAOffice in 1998.
How can you claim 18 years experience?
I worked as an office manager, pc technician, network admin, bookkeeper, and marketing (I wore all these hats for the same company) before I started VAOffice in 1998.
What is your turnaround time on projects?
We pride ourselves on our high work quality and short turnaround times. We will give you a completion date upon receipt of the project. We can also do rush jobs if needed.
What if I need a professional web site
(i.e. www.mycompanyname.com) and register it.
We will register and set-up all the paperwork for you and the charge is usually less than $125.00 for a 5 year registration. We'll give you a firm quote of the charges when you call. Not sure what this means - we'll explain.
How much will you charge to update my web site?
Providing that your changes are sent to us on disk or email, there is no charge. Major site adjustments will incur a fee that we'll quote you.
We offer two hours "FREE TRIAL" on our services.
